About the Griffiths family
The Griffiths family originated from Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire,in a little village named Llanboidy.
My Great Grandfather, David Griffiths b:1859 in Llanginning,Carmarthenshire,lived in Llanboidy and later moved to Ammanford Carmarthenshire in the 1890’s, where he married Elizabeth Miles.David owned a haulage firm at Wind Street Ammanford,
Some of the family moved to England, Australia and America.My grandparents Daniel & Deborah Griffiths moved from Pembrey Carmarthenshire to London in the early fifties, where they bought and ran the Cardiff Hotel.

My name is Paul Griffiths and I’m the designer of this tree, I have lived in the Carmarthenshire area all my life. I’ve been researching my family tree for a few years, I have had contact with many people regarding my tree on other family tree websites,and connected with, some through the Hodgson, Miles, Beynon, & Thomas Families, that are also in this tree.
